I need Help In Locating Vinyl or CD Copy of this Disco Class

Can anyone please tell me where I can obtain a Vinyl or CD copy of the Realistics "How Can I Forget You"?

It was on a 12-inch in the 70's and the B Side was a Tony Valor cut that Ican't remember how to spell. You all know which one I mean, pure instrumental.
