out of the boxes, onto the turntable

finally after 20 years, made a list of what i have in 12 inch singles. as i was going through the boxes in the garage (not a very honored place) pulled out a few to play. i seemed for the most part to skip the "hits" and went for the more pop sound. any comments on the obscure songs?

I didn't know there was an extended disco mix of "Lotta Love" by Nicolette Larson. I used to have her album that had that song on it. I actually won the album on some radio station contest, but I sold it to a used record store about ten years ago.

I have "That's Where The Happy People Go" on cd but I don't think my version is 7:30 minutes long.

I didn't know Seals and Crofts' "You're The Love" was released as a 12" single. That's one of my favorite S&C songs.

wanted to clarify about the trammps. the longer version has an additional instrumental piano and strings introduction, other than that it should be about the same as the 5:24 version on an earlier 12 inch from 1975(?).
as far as i know the seals and crofts 12 inch was promo only. the disco mix turned out well.
