Jessica Williams vs. Jessie Williams

Help settle an argument -

A friend of mine says that Jessica Williams ("Queen of Fools") and the lead singer of Arpeggio ("Love and Desire") - credited as Jessie Williams on the album, are one in the same. To me, their voices sound NOTHING alike.

Who is correct?

How can you even listen to those vocals on "LOVE AND DESIRE "

Oh I know.........she sounds like Minnie Mouse on helium! But, to throw another curve ball in the situation, that same vocalist (Jessie Williams) is the lead vocalist for the LP "Dance Your Way Into My Life" by Romance...........BUT "Tie Me Down" by Romance says "featuring Jessica Williams" and she sounds like the real Queen of Fools vocalist.

I'm so confused!
