Disco Songs That Don't End In Fade-outs

I figure about 95% of all disco songs had fade-out endings. So I thought I'd start a thread devoted to those songs that end suddenly. Here are a few I recall off the top of my head:

    I Can't Turn You Loose/Block Party - Anthony White
    Last Dance - Donna Summer

That's all I can think of. Others?

Cheryl Lynn - Got To Be Real
Jupiter Beyond - The River Drive
    T Connection - Saturday Night
Eddie Harris - Is It In
    Hi Tension - Hi Tension
Baby O - In The Forest

That's all that come to mind right now, but there must be quite a few. I loved cold endings.....they could be sooo dramatic in a mix.

......or to switch out (finally) BPMs .

One of my all-time favorite songs ... and probably largely because of the way it builds and builds and then wham ... suddenly ends :

    DANCE by Paul Jabara

Paul really understood the dramatic impact of such an ending and used it wonderfully on tunes like LAST DANCE and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH 8)

Yeah, I knew about the 'cold end'. I've also seen records with 'cold intro' listed on them. I wasn't sure if everyone would be familiar with that description.

I could be wrong, but doesn't the 12" mix of 'Let's Go All The Way Down' by Brenda & The Tabulations have a cold ending? Shep Pettibone's remix of First Choice's 'Let No Man Put Asunder' kind of does, with those echoed/reverbed vocals.

Is this track an example of Go Go Music? I love the instrumental version with the swooshy phase (or is it flange) distortion, which isn't on the vocal mix.

actually kinda.... very close.... If it had more percussion probably. The vocals with the background vocals throughout make it at least 50%. I guess I never thought of it as one. I just love the tune. I even was gonna bring up the track to ask if it's a male or female singing lead. Might as well discuss it now.

    i'll start another thread.

I had a brainstorm and remembered a whole bunch of tunes with cold endings:

Rio De Jianero - Gary Chris (I don't remember if both LP and 12" mix end cold or if it's just the LP mix)

    Frisco Disco - Eastside Connection

    Savage Lover - The Ring

Miami Disco Band - I Wanna Go Home With You

Blackwater Gold - The Sunshine Band

Phenomena Theme - In Search of Orchestra

Gotta Get Out of Here - Lucy Hawkins

Pick Up The Pieces - Average White Band

    Disco Funk
