During the '90s PBS broadcast the Dancesport Chamionships which I enjoyed immensely. Then PBS ended the broadcasts for some reason. So I will check this out. I enjoy ballroom dancing very much and will continue with it as long as I am able.
Every day we live with the rude, crude, crass, socially unacceptable, mundane, mediocre etc. Ballroom dancing provides style, grace, elegance and glamor that is generally missing from our lives. And I still love spinning a pretty girl across a dance floor whether it be a Hustle or a Cha Cha Cha. :D

This was on TeeVee Wednesday night and is very good. It lacks the mob mentality of "Dancing With The Stars". You'll enjoy it.

I watched the first hour and enjoyed it. Even saw a familiar face... Tony from DWTS.
I think they should change the name of the program to Russia's Ballroom Challenge as practically everyone on the show had names like Yuri Jerkov and Katerina Petrochova. :lol: :lol: :lol:
