The song you posted sounds like a later remix of the original or another songs which uses the sample with bells etc...
Anyway, the misterious song is Pierre Henry - Psychè Rock

That's it, Psyché rock from Pierre Henry & Michel Colombier, I was impressed to find out this french production is dated way back from 1967.
