Charles Bailey ?-WHO

I have a few 12" singles with the name Charles Bailey stamped on them.
The records were bought in Uk and from USA.

Does anyone know who this guy is/was please ?

Looks like he was a DJ in a Long Island club called Uncle Sam's. He sure had an awesome record collection! I have seen some pretty rare stuff on ebay over the past year or two!

He certainly did have some collection, I wonder what happened ?
His stuff is for sale in UK, and it is still in very good nick.
Hope someone else can fill in the blanks.

Yes, I can tell you anything you want to know about Charles Bailey. He was my closest friend and one of my DJ mentors back in the mid -to- late 1970s.
