The 78th Annual Academy Awards, better known as the Oscars will be presented on the 5th of march by Jon Stewart, host of The Daily Show on Comedy Central.

Stewart already presented the 2001 and 2002 Grammy Awards.

Billy Cristal, Whoopi Goldberg and Steve Martin did not show interest in the new ceremonies.
