Who is Vick Moore?

I loved his late 90's song "Breathe". His voice reminds me of Andy Bell (from Erasure) in a way. But I've never heard anything else from him......

I think Vick Moore was just a name made up for that single. Since "Breathe" was a cover of a Midge Ure I thought Vick Moore was used since it sort of sounded similar. Great record though I've never heard anything more from Vick Moore either.
