I didn't know too many trax this week, but I loved the El Coco and Paradise Express tunes!!
I have not heard the version of Bourgie Bourgie by John Davis. Sounds interesting!
Take care
If it moves - funk it!!
Dear Ruoffended!
Linda´s "From Now On" is originally on her
LP called"Linda" from 1977. The Unidisc-12"
is certainly a re-issue, but more dynamic.

Dear jazz_pilgrim!
I think there was a big difference between
England, France and the rest of Europe.
For example I´ve never heard of a remix
from Diana´s "No one.../The Boss" as 12"...
but this is Austria and for getting real
deeper into DiscoSound I was a little bit
too young...
The disco-craze began really with this
"SNF"-Movie and later I discovered true Disco
with "TGIF"!!!

There was a 12" version of No-on Get The Prize on a recent anthology album released in the States. I have heard it and it is not that different to the album version, just a little longer.
I have the No-one/Boss mix but can't remember where from. It is on the US Rhino Billboard Dance Hits from 1979 too
toto
Don't know if this helps anyone, but here's the info from my Diana Ross 12'ers.

How did I forget that one? Have it as well and the B side is the same mix as the white label promo. It's on Motown #M 00035P1.
