French Language Version Of The Spinners' "I'll Be Aroun

I was listening to a wonderful online mix called "Fire Island Breakfast 1975", where one of the songs included was a disco rendition of the Spinners' "I'll Be Around", but sung in French. It sounded like French. Does anyone know who the artist was and what the song title was? Did it make the disco charts? It's a great song. BTW, I think this live aircheck was from early 1976, and not 1975, as is indicated in the title, judging by the songs included in the mix.

My name isn't "Timmy" in real life but I heard this song on a mix from a website of old school mixes from the 70's-80's. This came from a "disco breakfast" mix from Fire Island circa late 1975/early 1976. The link to that website can be found in the post about Salsoul Orchestra's "My Number's Up". Anyhow, this French version of "I'll Be Around" blew me away when I first heard it, and I constantly play it over and over. I wish someone could provide info about it.

I encountered this one on the Import list that Billboard published in 1975... bet it's what you're looking for...

From the Disco Compilation Consensus chart ending 12/27/75:

    371) I'LL BE AROUND - Claude Francois
    (Noble - France import) F= 6; Total points = 6
1 week on the chart (11/22/75); Peak: #34

Wow, I know that song! We sang it in high school in a foreign language competition (I played the piano for it)! FYI, the lyrics aren't direct translations of "I'll be Around", though the music of course is.
