    Maestro

If this has been discussed before, forgive me, I haven't been here in awhile. What's the track at the beginning of the movie (if anyone has seen it) that has the hook, "do, do, do, do, do do, do! I remember that from back in the day, but never knew the name of it. Thanks.

Maybe "You and I" by Rick James. (I think it had one more do though??)

No, it wasn't Rick James, I would know if it was. It was a disco song with some bass, which doesn't help as far as description. Like I said, it was at the beginning of the movie "Maestro", for those that have seen it. Thanks.

I never saw Maestro, but here are some other songs that start with that "do do.." that you do so well.

    Linda Clifford "Red Light"
    The Ring "Savage Lover"
Disco Tex and the Sex-o-lettes "Get Dancin'"

    Hi Sense-I checked my DVD
and if you are talking about
    the song at the beginning
    over the credits,it's definitely
    a house track.I looked at
the end for a track listing, and
it could be one of many-KenLou's "bangin"-for one-but
    I'm stumped on this-sorry!

The song you are looking for is "Time Warp" by Eddie Grant, it is the B side of Electric Avenue.

I didn't get a chance to respond until now. Thanks hipnogger, you are right it's by Eddie and it's called "nobody's got time", once again thanks.
