It pains me to have to write this but it has now been seven months since I first ordered from you and my order has never been completed. I received all but one of the CDs in December and was told the sixth, SISTER POWER, would ship in January. Well, I did receive a CD jewel case entitled SISTER POWER with a Debbie Jacobs CD inside. I talked with your employee who was very friendly and apologetic and promised to send a replacement right away. Well, it is now March and I still do not have the CD. I have sent two follow-up emails, neither of which were responded to.Customer service is very important to us. That's why we are making this effort and ask that you to contact us if you still have any questions or concerns.
Please do not say that customer service is very important to you - actions (or in this case, inactions) speak louder than words.
I think you have a great concept here and I was really looking forward to the Ann-Margret CD but you have to be able to follow through on your promises.
And besides, hurricane season has long since passed. :-?
