After being convicted of plagiarism by a Belgian court for her song "Frozen", Esther can call her lawyer again.

Composer Dominic King claims that his Discosample was used without permission on the song "Get Together" which is featured on her new album. King reworked a piece from the Chaka Khan-song "Fate" and used it in the production of Stardust's "Music Sounds Better With You". Miss Marketing's tune is based on that sample and now King says: "Show me the monèèèèèèèy".

The judge now has to decide which person Madonna was when she used that sample.
