There were, of course, two versions by Gil Scott Heron - the 5-minute studio version and the 13-minute live version.... Both FANTASTIC!!!

Haven't got a clue about the other '75 track!! I GIVE UP!!! :???:

it was JAY AND CATHYS CLOWNS [i thought i could dig it out this week to remind myself of the label but i cant anyway it was red!]

hi JAZZ_PILGRIM of park lane london! i just remember it from blackpool mecca at the time of release, gils version was played by ian levine as a new release then brother to brother and this followed in 75 there was so much new stuff coming out d.js couldnt keep up with them j&c/c was one of those that was played a few times then it was NEXT! not a patch on gils though interestingly massa leaks version has just been reissued[isnt it maysa ?]on expansion on the b side of the new single i read yesterday..glad you liked the video,you really did didnt you!!
