Hollywood - Who sang this song ?

I'm looking for a disco tune from 1978/1979 with a teenage female vocal that begins the chorus with "A way to Hollywood" that rhymes a few words after with "neighbourhood". I've used to hear this song on a orchestral version at the end of every Oscar ceremony. That disco version seems a mixture of a Michael Zager and Meco production. I've been searching for years on the Internet, on every disco site and never found anything about it.
