It's rock music, and not particularly memorable rock music at that. Not awful, but nothing that I'd ever choose to listen to.
Since I am building a temple for the great Costandinos, I need to know everything about him.
One of his projects was "Bad News Travels Fast". Does somebody here know this one? Is it listenable coz' Bernie doesn't seem to be very enthusiastic about it?
Madeleine Bell was in the group, so????

Thumbs up or down?

I wouldn't call it rock music. imho it's more in a jazz-funk kind of style with lots of clever arrangements and not that much distored guitar thankfully. Still, it's pretty far removed from Love & Kisses.
Simce I know the name "Costandinos" gets so many of you HARD,I picked up this Bad News Travels Fast "Ordinary Man" LP for $3.99...curious to hear that Costandinos" magic touch"....boy was this a misfire!!!
What led him to produce this jazz fusion slop??? :icon_eek::icon_rolleyes:Totally unmemorable, wouldn't ever want to play it again...were these some of his regular musicians??? What was his connection and why would Casablanca release this in 1979???? Contractual obligations????

Just curious...I figured this must have been mentioned previously, and now I found this....so I brought it forward....![]()

I'm the biggest Alec junkie I've ever known... (currently completing my collection of his early 70's solo work) And while weeding out the dead-weights in my collection, a few years back, I let go of the LPs and Pro 12" of BNTF. (as well as, the Simms brothers' material.)
If you find it for 50 cents at a garage sale, or something (which shouldn't be too difficult), then pick it up for a listen. Otherwise, it isn't worth time, nor money.
