    I read that it was going to be in the UK once same-sex civil unions became legal there. A "marriage" in New York would have no legal significance.

    The papers here were full of the wedding - 700 guests - I couldn't make it and most had to queue to get in....Anastacia, The Osbornes, Hugh Grant and Liz Hurley all attended, as well as Joss Stone, Victoria Beckham, George Michael - they ate roast lamb, apparently and the party finished at 3am.
