That shot above belongs to a straight-to-vid dud called "The Cool Surface". The movie had some hype BITD for being the only one in which Teri bared her twin assets (they look far less "ballooned" without a bra).

Actually, I think you can catch Teri's tits when she was really hot in a flick called The Big Picture. The filmed starred Kevin Bacon who gets to bed down Teri. I saw it about 15 years ago and I liked it.
