On the Brit compilation The Soul Of Disco, there is this obscure track by Le Frank O, whoever that is. The track sounds circa 1976, with a garage-y, underground flavor that reminds me of P&P crossed with Van McCoy. Does anyone know anything about this act-- US or European? Year? Label? Is the name correct?
