My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult

Today in da recordshop they were playing a CD which initially I tought was some vintage release.

I was really amazed to discover it was a new band: My Life With TheThrill Kill Kult. Never noticed them before but this can surely entertain me. Far more interesting than the bull Madonna is releasing as Nu Disco.

"Gay, Black And Married" is an excellent album. I think I'm even gonna buy it :D

You can (it's ok-it's legal) listen to some tracks on:

Somebody else here already heard those people?

They've been around for quite some time. Formed in 1987 in Chicago...I discovered them when "Sex On Wheelz" was a hit in 1991--1992...this was played on LA radio. The cd was called "Sexplosion!!".

Fascinating titles. I must check out their music. They make the Scissor Sisters, Peaches & Har Mar Superstar look dull & boring.

I've just listened to it & they sound like a cross between Joey Negro & Army Of Lovers. Cool. I like their version of 'Do You Wanna Get Funky With Me'.
