Accidental Lover by Love and Kisses

Hi Everybody:



I have the Love and Kisses/Alec R. Costandinos CD, entitled Greatest Hits, which was released by Unidisc.



Until yesterday I was shure that the Accidental Lover version in this CD is the longest ever available (about 9 minutes long), but recently I read that the original one was longer than the one contained in this CD.



I was wondering if anybody in this board have the original vinyl version of this song and could tell me its time.

It depends whether you have the US Casablanca version or the international version.



It's about 16 - 17 minutes long. However, the international version has a ~1 minute spoken-word introduction that was edited out of the Casablanca release. Why, I don't know... it was nothing racy like the intro to "Love In C Minor".

I would love to get that version with the spoken word intro.

To think, I came across an International version of Funkytown - Lipps Inc. that was a homemade mix from some DJ and it was 12 minutes plus on Casablanca.

It sounded like a mix that I did back when it was originally released at home instead of a studio.

All you need is a non-Casablanca copy. An original UK, French, or Canadian copy will do.
