From my understanding of the cyrillic alphabet, Donna was banned due to "Erotism" i.e. Eroticism.

There is a number of other acts (Sex Pistols, Clash, Stranglers, etc.) banned due to "Punk" which was obviously an offence in itself.

What's really funny though, is that Julio Iglesias was banned due to "Neo-fascism"! :o
