House? Female voice: "Mueves las nalgas"

This song was played in the early 90s and I believe was just mixed in during beats (like George Kranz Din Daa Daa), anyway the song sung by a female would say "Mueve las nalge, muevesen las nalgas" then every now and then she would say it in English "you gotta shake that ass"... does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about?

Well, not much more I can add. Someone told me that it might have been an acapella, but I'm not absolutely sure about that.
