Her many ilnesses have apparently been caused by her participation in the 'wild child' London scene of the 80s where she went to 'trendy' nightclubs, took hard drugs & had much casual sex at an early age. I've heard her mother pushed her into many situations, as Mandy looked alot older than her age, such as the marriage to Rolling Stone Bill Wyman. What a caring, loving parent, NOT! :(

Too bad she got so messed up. I liked her album and had her singles and 12 inches; "I Just Can't Wait" was autographed, nice promo videos for that and "Positive reaction," too (from UK video collections). The whole Wyman thing was a shame; I tried not to think about it.
Test Pressing [Level 2]
Mandy's PWL album is terrific -- 80s euro-trash at its most sublime. The Cool & Breezy 12" mix of "I Just Can't Wait" is an Ibiza classic. She also recorded two other SAW tunes for the cancelled follow-up album: "Terry" and "Got To Be Certain", which of course was eventually recorded by Kylie.
