    HELP!!! Getting wax off vinyl

    During power outage I had wax spilled on some of my vinyl records.. Is there anyway to get it off w/o damaging the grooves in the records or the records themselves?? some of them are not replacable...

    Warm soapy water will melt the wax, but not the vinyl. Be careful not to have the water too hot!
