Who saw the movie 'Class Act?' Slow jam in it (?)

If you saw Kid n Play in Class Act, then you remember the scene where they were with these girls (about an hour into the movie). Now in the background there was this slow jam playing in that moment with a bassline that sounded DOPE! Can anyone identify what that song was as far as artist & name of song?

If you sample it then it would sound like this in a 16 beat grid, it would just go 'Beep beep beep beep BEEP BEEP BEEP beep BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP.' It keeps repeating itself.

Please tell me who that was? :oops: I like that jam. Thx all.

At what time did it appear in the movie? ie, 34 mins 30 seconds, etc.

I would say somewhere between 55 min & 1 hr 5 min into the movie. Kid & Play were into their girls at that moment. Then the song begins, it's very slow. Remember there are like 16 'beeps' in the song as far as that is concerned. It keeps repeating itself. Funky as hell! 8) I think (but don't quote me) that was sampled in a King Sun track, and I don't even know what THAT song's name is! Anyways that's about all I got so far. Maybe I should do a Google search but I wouldn't know where to start.

Any advice would be truly appreciated. Thx again.

I never saw the movie, but from your description of beep, beep,etc., it sounds like "Moments In Love" by Art of Noise.

Is that it?
