Song 2:

Don't remember the lyrics but also a male vocal, very catchy and danceable song. Probably it is called "Paradise" because they sing "Paa-raa-diiise"

Nope, that is a different song. The song I am talking about has dance electronic sounds. It is not r&b.

That is not it. The singer is definitely not African-American. The only another performer I can compare the song to would be Fancy. It is not Fancy but at least it can give you an idea what I am looking for.

Would it be a good idea if I sang the melody on my microphone and attached the soundclip? It has helped me once before after I had already given up on my 15-year search for a particular song :-)

it's on the soundtrack to Madonna's film bomb "Who's That Girl?" That soundtrack has several songs on it that I like, but the movie was so awful I could only sit through about 10 minutes of it.
