Need help with a song name

I'm looking for the name of a song and artist. This is gonna sound kinda stupid but if you've heard the song it will be familiar to you. I think that it may be nightlife unlimited because the girls shouting sound like them but I'm not sure. I really don't know the lyrics because I've only heard it on mixes. The only think I know is that it say. "Party (then the beat) ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, Dance...." Sorry that's all I know.

Check "Destination" on Butterfly records,I think the song it's called 'Party'.

That's the first song that came to mind for me too, Mix.

This is a long shot but if the song you're thinking of is MOSTLY instrumental with a female who comes in saying, "PAR-TAY!", you might want to try "Party" by Van McCoy.

It starts out with him talking, "Get on down and party./Get on down and party?/Aw, get on down and... PAR-TAY!" There are also so subtle party background noises but the female lead is ferocious. I love this old jam, even with it's light, 'hustle' touches.

Thanks for your responses. I know for sure that it's not McCoy I have that song. I'm still trying to find a preview of the Destination song, but I have not been able to find one. I think this might be the one...
