2 -early 80's "Downtown" & "don't stop

Hi,
Can anyone help with these two:

1) the song goes(female singer): "I can feel what excites you,
Plan to spend the night with you,
feel the magic of your touch,
Body sensation." and the chorus:
"Don't Stop, baby don't
"Don't stop, baby don't (baby don't stop)

2) Female voice: "All my life I've been waiting,
Waiting and hanging around
I need some ___ relating
with the _____ ________ ______.....downtown"

and I just remember a specific Robotic voice singing a portion of the song plus the title:
"downtown" (I'm almost positive that's the title.)

Any help would be appreciated.

#2 doesn't sound like the Man Parrish clip I heard for Heatstroke. Any other ideas??

#2 is Heatstroke. after they sing downtown, the next vocal is "I feel the heatstroke"

you were right....it's man parrish. Heard it on his website.
