"time" . . . ? (now with audio clips ;)

first post newby.

I've heard this track a few times, don't have an audio clip, but I'll do my best to describe.

there's a recurring chorus with a female vocal (with harmony) and she sings "Time". then the rest of the lyrics are a bit fuzzy but it sounds like . . . "keeps on slippin . . "

and no, it's not the classic 'time keeps on slipping into the future"

anybody know?

the one i'm looking for is a bit more "underground" sounding, straight-up disco, not really funky at all. i think there's a lot of strings in it too.
