I am trying to remember the title of a disco song that used to play at the end of the 70's - early 80's

All i can remember is 1 lyric. I went something like :

"Clap your hands!"..."Tap your feet!"..."Clap your hands & tap your feet".
( That song use to play a lot at roller skating rinks )

I know it's not much, but if it rings a bell I would really appreciate an answer !

I don't think it's James Brown's 'Give It Up Or Turn It Loose'. Could it be JR Funk's 'Feel Good Party Time'? When he shouts 'Clap your hands!' at the intro, that's been sampled a lot. Does he repeat that throughout the song?
