Jon Heder was replicating his dance from "Napolean Dynamite"--in the movie it was danced to a tune by Jamiroquai...
on SNL...I don't know what that is...maybe just the house band doing a generic disco riff (sounds vaguely like "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy") ...but not really. :roll:
