Please Help! Early 80s disco song by lyrics only...

In the early 80's, my dance teacher in high school made copies of a mixed tape for everyone we used for our warm-up routine. It had artists on it such as Maquil Brown, Donna Summer, Evelyn Thomas, and Hazel Dean. All I have is the tape, and there is one song I cannot find the artist/title to. All I can give are some of the lyrics (which are hard to make out, but I'm taking a guess). ANY help would be greatly appreciated! I have already tried the "find song by lyrics" sites with no luck. It is a female artist(s), the song is fast and has a great melody. I wish I could make an mp3 of it:
