#2 is rock-disco and I think I've heard it before. I believe it's "Don't Stop, Keep Movin'" by Poussez! from 1980. That's what the lyrics say very prominently.

#1 does indeed have the repeating lyrics "Let me love you tonight". That makes it unlikely that it's Rocky Mizell's 1980 song "I Don't Care What You Say (I'm Gonna Love You Tonite)"... but who knows?

Every time I click on the link I get a message "The file you requested can not be found". I don't think I'll try again, it resembles a file I clicked on about 8 months ago that turned out to be infected.
