Take That must have been bigger in Europe than in the U.S.
I only remember one song that got airplay here called "Back For Good". We're more of a Backstreet Boy, N-Sync crowd. :o
BBC today announced the very possible reunion of the historical band Take That. It'll be 1 gig and 1 televisionshow. The great guys didn't perform together since 1996 so I think we can all be thrilled with this news. Producers hope to include Robbie Williams who called himself the new king of pop last weekend.
A feast, a feast :o (BTW, I really posted this in the non-music forum?????)

Take That were OK on their first LP when they were very gay-aimed, made great dance tunes & wore lots of lycra ( :o ) but they went downhill rapidly after they got success & had to appeal more to grannies & kiddies & did drippy ballads a la Boyzone  (& their version of 'Relight My Fire' didn't improve things IMO!)
thats what i hated about take that, ian levine cut that [relight my fire] on chuck jackson which is great, almost note for note the backing, chuck sold 2 copies, take that took it to no 1 pop  NRG back for good was where they came in in america it was almost over by then, earlier they also covered it only takes a minute and could it be magic you all missexd out:lol:
