2tracks, any ideas what they are?

my uncle used to have this record that said " please let me tell you a story,dont ask me why i tell you, its the only secret of my life", then the chorus says " we are very happy to know, you are superman" , and it sounds like a mike mareen style song, but i have never been able to find that record! and its a great italo / euro disco track, any one know or have this record?

a second one is a track that says , a man singing, sounds like FELLI, or FANCY, " the night is all that it should be, i am glad you kept the rendevue to meet with me" you look the best , the best i ve ever seen, you will be the center of the disco halloween" the he says " come to me now and follow your imagination, you are suspicious girl of every man you meet, "imagination, a melody, in extacy, something to see, " i dont remember what the chorus said, but it rocks!
