Underground Hit [Level 5]
Does anyone know when Sylvester recorded this song?? It is so funky and so different than his better-known songs. I think Sylvester would've made it big as a funk or disco-funk singer just as much as he would with "Dance (Disco Heat)" and beyond.

This song was featured on Sylvester's 1977 self-titled album. On the inner cover there are the lyrics to each of the songs and the date of this song on the inner cover is 1976. This album features some of Sylvester's past songs including "I've Been Down" from 1972 which is a soul/funk track. Anyhow yeah "Over & Over" is a fantastic track and my very favourite Sylvester track as well.

Yeah, I love Sylvester's version also. As good as Ashford and Simpson's (who wrote the song) version on "So So Satisfied".
