*** I'm looking at my promo 12" copy of Amii Stewart's "KNOCK ON WOOD" 1978 .. Ariola Records
Both sides are listed as Side "A" --- yet one side clocks at 6:10 and one at 6:13 .
Ah, here's the reason :
SIDE "A" # 1 is labeled as the "____?? ____" version
SIDE "A" # 2 is labeled as the "____ ?? ____" version
I've never seen this done before ..... :-? (?)
What is the distinction between the two versions?
????? :-? :-?

No, you're not crazy. Supposedly, the "Fast Disco" is the original 'A-side' mix and the "Slow Disco" is the 'A-side' remix (A/S RE 1). I didn't play this enough to care if it was different or not. At 140+ bpms there was nothing slow about it. :roll:Originally Written by discokid1975
