songs from a soundtrack - "Gia" TV movie

I have a problem with two songs. Lyrics searching and imdb.com didn't give any clue.
First on the catwalk (second time after about a half) – with this yelling “oooo yeah yeah…” (young woman with a high-pitched voice is singing), for me it doesn’t sound like it could be the 70s or the 80s song, it’s too modern I think, but I'm not good at this kind of music...
Second in front of and in the Club 54 – I think I know it, it must have been very popular in the 80s, but I can’t hear many lines and find it after lyrics. It's sth like "now I need you more/I need you so (...) I feel the beating of my heart oh yeah", also sth about "rythm". Woman with strong voice is singing.
If sb's seen the movie he probably knows what I'm writing about.
Any ideas will be very helpful :)
