I was listening to an oldies station today and they played two flashback songs I liked and didn't hear in a long time. However, I was unable to get the title or names of the artists.
I was hoping someone could help me.....
1. One song has a hook that goes "Nothing's been the same ever since you came my way babe".
I think it is a late 70's or early 80's song.
2. The second song the chorus is "Sunshine". Now, I did a search for the song "Sunshine" and got soooooooo many responses that were not the one I wanted. The song "Sunshine" that I want has the same instrumental as LL Cool Jay's 80's rap hit that goes "Your jingling baby". LL Cool Jay must have sampled the beat from the aforementioned song "Sunshine".
I would so appreciate any assistance you may have.
If you'd like I can be emailed directly at Blckberrynectar@aol.com.
Thanks a bunch

The 2nd song you are looking for is "Walking into Sunshine" by Central Line 1983 -84ish :D
One of my favorites![]()
If you get the LP, you'll find a couple of other nice cuts worth playing also.
I think I lost my message before, If this is duplicated please disregard.......
I just want to thank you two for helping me. I am 30 years old and I am from the West Indies. My parents are not into disco and don't have archived records. Also, when these songs were hot I was very young. So I can only rely on others to help me out when I hear a tune I like.
I am sooooooo appreciative of your help.
I have found 3 songs that I love through this website. You guys are disco gurus lol. :D
Thank you so much God Bless!
