In america, African American is the "term" used to identify the African (Black Culture)__ Just curious to know what is the legal identification of culture for Blacks born in England, Australia, Mexico etc....

Also, what is your personal perception of the current state of the Black Culture in your area of the world?( good/bad) briefly explain.
