    Trocadero Transfer/Viteritti pix required

it's for a book. will pay for usage, providing you are copyright holder.

... or if you know of good pics that you could direct me to that would be most helpful, too. thank you in advance.

anyone here with membership cards for the troc or flyers? we might be able to use them, too. ta. :D

Bill, check out http://www.hyperactivemedia.com/5am . There are some handy pictures up there and a good bit of info etc. about viteritti and the troc. Also try markydefad and keefelc used to be regulars there AFAIK. When is the new edition of the book coming out?

You might want to contact the guys at White Light Productions who are producing the "Remember The Party" events at the site of the original Trocadero Transfer. Many of them used to work at Trocadero, plus they have contact with the niece of Trocadero's original owner, Dick Collier (who passed away in December of last year). You can reach them via their website:

Its not a book about the troc, its for a revised edition of 'Last night a dj saved my life' which AFAIK will feature more about the SF scene than the first edition

i've been in close contact with them for a while. i interviewed chris njirich earlier this year. they're hunting too. thanks for the tip, though.

passaro: it's not about viteritti though he's one of many who feature in it. none of the proceeds go to bobby unless he has pictures we can use and he owns the copyright to them, in which case, yes he will benefit.

Perfect! In fact, I talked to Chris yesterday and he thought this was your book. Can't wait to check out the revised edition!

Didn't you enjoy talking to Chris? He remembers alot of Troc's heyday and he has some hilarious behind the scene stories since he was one of the people that worked at the club!

Ladyboy: Does this mean that the NY staranglehold is loosening? Does it also mean that the revisionists are having some revision done on them
