I just got this in the mail from dustygroove
(also available on Amazon)and
am VERY happy.Cuts like
dynamic superiors and 21st century have never
been available(to me at least)on CD and I played
them LOUD and my jaw dropped at the sound.Even old war horses like "love hangover" and "don't leave me this way" are
scrubbed off and sound sparkly crisp.ALL are 12" or Lp long versions.I was disappointed that "big time" wasn't "theme from
"big Time"(awesome Smokey Robinson track circa 1977)but I'm still
very satisfied.As usual
though,I had to think to myself of what I would've
included-odds and ends like tata vega's "earth
is calling",G.C Cameron's
"this will make you dance",Yvonne Fair's "it
should have been me" even
Stevie Wonder's "another star" would have been nice-but again,it's one person's opinion.I keep
thinking of more myself, but what about you guys? what would you have included?(I just
thought of another one-Finis Henderson's "skip to my lou")
