Okay, can anyone at all, identify this song.

It is really starting to bug me what it was called, any even who sung it.

    Slow tune, from around 1974 - 1975 ?

The most memorable part of the lyrics are " I love those pretty girls"
and also "I like them large, I like them tall, some skinny some small........ "

I love to be where they go,

I love the things that they know....... those pretty girls etc.

Any help is really appreciated, thanks to everyone in advance....

The guy that sung it, kinda sounded like Peter Skellern, but I dont think it was him.

    Skunk............ A newbie.

"Girls" by The Moments & The Whatnauts, I do believe. It's on one of those "Super Rare Disco" compilations.

The original LP also has the french version, this song was an early 'Disco'club hit.

That brings me back to my childhood (ahem!)Peter Skellern was a easy listening composer/pianist who had a hit "you're a lady" in 1972 and then went on to do TV/musical stuff.
I still don't get the Moments/Skellern comparison though
Sixty minutes is nothing special (but it\'s all the world to me)

"you're a lady" is a great pop song. kind of a cross between richard harris and.....gilbert o'sullivan? not disco or dance. maybe they meant peter shilling or pete shelly?
