Seventh Avenue 'Love's gone mad' or 'Ending up on a high'.
Can't stand either of them.
You know the ones?
Made #1 in the Gay Club Charts - stayed there for weeks on end and got rave reviews.
You rushed out to buy them, rushed home even quicker to drop onto the turntable and then.................
:-?
Two which stick out for me are:
EG Daily's - Love In The Shadows
Sheryl Lee Ralph - In The Evening.
As mentioned before, I also never rated You're Gonna Suffer by Bertice.
I've tried Sheryl's track several times over the years, and still it leaves me cold.
Seventh Avenue 'Love's gone mad' or 'Ending up on a high'.
Can't stand either of them.
Yes Loves Gone Mad and You're a beat were pretty dire. I loved the Midnight in Manhatten Album though.
Not sure how big these were, but I could never understand the appeal of "Vertigo" by Barbra Pennington or "I Can Fly" by Louise Thomas :-?
Loved Vertigo! :)
here is my list of "huge" songs that I never liked
1.Happy station - Fun Fun
2.Dolce Vita - Ryan Paris
3.Catch me - Marsha Raven(false alarm is one of my fav.)
4.Brother Loui - Modern Talking
5.Boom Boom Boom - Paul Lekakis
