Question The Bilderberg Files: Danger Or Benefit?

Over the last week, controversy was raised on Belgian's crownprince Filip as it was revealed that he's an active member of the Bilderberggroup.

If you don't know the group, please read:
Bilderberg Group - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Are these men the real worldleaders? All are of the world's issues decided by them? Some say it's just a discussion group but then why are they protected by the CIA, MI6 and Mossad? Just to safeguard them as they are wealthy and influential?

The group's president is Belgian Etienne Davignon, a very rich and influential businessman who in public keeps his lips tight on the debates. He's connected to the Belgian monarchy so it's not really a surprise that the crownprince is admitted in this elitarian band of brothers.

What do you guyz/girlz know about them? And, since I have a vivid fantasy: are these the real Illuminati?

Scary, no? Better than the Da Vinci Code, n'est-ce pas? :-o

Hi Johan,

The Bilderbergs and the Masons could possibly be tied together as there are many who feel that they are looking to control world politics, loosen the stranglehold the Catholic Church still has in many arenas... Maybe they are all part of the Illuminati umbrella? This along with the Knights Templar is a fascinating topic and one that has a lot of twists and turns, but I wonder if it is just one big conspiracy theory?

My grandfather from my Mother's side, who was a land owner, was a Mason back in 1930s' Puerto Rico, but no one really knows what his role was. Apparently Masons can be rather ruthless to those who betray their sworn oath to secrecy as evidenced by the alleged suicide (murder) of a famous Italian banker many years ago who was found on a bridge with rocks in his pockets-a Mason sign. Hmm... I better stop typing now.

Hi Bernie, tired or ... scared???? :o

First let's inform the members on the Illuminati theory:
Illuminati - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Is there more than meets the eye? Is the globalisation of world economics and politics a part of their big plan? One can't deny that some companies are already global and search for a monopoly. Is this the ultimate scheme where we can find the real reason on the wars in Iraq and other countries, since I believe that no Muslems are part of the Bilderberg group. And what about the fact that the group's first mission was to destroy communism?

And what about the fact that the big palace of Justice in Brussels is full of freemaçon symbols and that the golden coupole is said to be the meeting room of the "Order Of Orange", a secret ritual group.

Is it just our imagination or is there really something spooky about it???

Actually mutal funds and government investments are the reasons for the many wars including the two Bush got us in. It is virtually impossibly to invest in the stock-market without either buying into a company that directly tries to influence World Markets in area like oil or indirectly by that company investing in another firm that does. If you wanted to stay away from controversial investments like arms, gambling, sweepstakes, pornography, the pill, abortion, stem cell research, ect., mutual funds include companies that participate.

That's why the Quakers want to stand clear of the "outside world" because in one way or another one gets corrupted.

Back to Bilderberg. It's probably a negative thing. Many used to believe what was good for General Motors was good for the country but that was before outsourcing. As these US House and Senate elections are going to show, social conservatives only put up with collusion so far.

It looks as though the Bilderberg is nothing more than an annual meeting, but the Masons on the other hand... That could very well be something of interest if we were able to peel back the covers. Many past US presidents were said to have been Masons and the addition of what many perceive to be Masonic symbols on our currency appears to be more than coincidence. The topic of secret societies is fascinating, but will we ever get to the bottom of it? If you have access to the History Channel in Belgium then check it out as they once had a very good and informative special on this very topic.

Oh Johan. I used to listen to a lot of late night radio. If you followed all of these conspiracies and secret societies you'd go nuts. Ultimately you'd end up like Secret Agent Man/The Prisoner man, trying to determine who is number one.

By the way, number was him or you as the case may be

Hey Johan,
With the elections coming, I'm devoting my thoughts to it. After the election I'll play with that stuff. I did take a quick look. Some interesting, some nutty.
