USA Gulf Area Disaster Help

Paul,
This is much worst than I first thought. My girlfriend and I were watching the news last night and couldn't believe it. Just the thought of people going as high as their attic and the water just kept rising is enough to shake anyone.

Sent a donation to the Red Cross, but I'll also go through some old clothing this weekend to give to the Salvation Army as I'm pretty sure they'll need that as well.

The eye of the storm went over my home! :o here in Miami, luckily it was only Category one then but still cause wide spread damage, with huge amounts of uprooted trees and flooding in many areas, in my area power was out for three days until Monday night, but still nothing in comparison with what it did to the Gulf coast. :cry:

Unfortunately this disaster is worse than it should have been for a lot of reasons that I won't get into here.
I made my donation to the Red Cross as well and giving to the Salvation Army as you've mentioned is a wonderful idea.
