 "Pinocchio" by Masquerade - Video Mix by Glenn Rivera  Boris Midney was the conductor of disco music’s innovative edge from 1978 with the introduction to his new style of dance music with USA European Connection’s “Come Into My Heart/Good Loving”. In 1979 Midney created a studio project using the 1883 tale The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi, which was adapted by Walt Disney in 1940. This disco operetta was in the vein of works such as “Romeo and Juliet” and “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” by Alec R. Constandinos – but with Midney’s unique style of composition and arrangements. Vocals are by Chequita Jackson and Kevin Owens. I have taken Walt Disney’s classic and placed it on the same canvas with Midney’s now underground classic disco works. This is intended to make you feel like a child at heart, again. Pure fantasy and escape. Featuring scenes from Walt Disney’s “Pinocchio” – RENT THE DVD!
