Its not bad, unfortunately it suffers slightly in comparison to the awesome original (IMHO)

Can I ask a couple of questions?

Where is the best place in Manchester for buying disco/funk vinyl?

Does Manchester have a disco club thats worth a trip to? As you can imagine there really isnt anything in North Wales

They did the same thing on the flip with "Sing Sing"-
I listened to most of the samples of the whole series
and they get way crazy-some good,some not so much.
I did like the "Sweet Dynamite" edit though....

You think? I think its awful, especially in comparison to the original, which is sublime

.. after 30 years listening to the original version, it's refreshing to hear the tune remixed, warped & dilated in this way .. I'm not suggesting anyone ditch their original copy & replace it with this new mix ..

.. but I like the way Chantal seems to be singing under the sea somewhere ..

.. maybe it's the 3 decades I've shared with this song .. maybe it's the bubbly dissonance .. but this new mix sounds almost haunting & sorrowful ..
